Type: Setting
Description: If set to Y, containers with TT work instructions do not automatically fail to deck when all landside transfer points are occupied. This allows TT congestion logic to operate as expected for very busy landside TPs.
Containers can still fail to deck if penalties exceeding DEKMAX (on page 1) apply to all available slots. If containers continue to fail to deck in full transfer points after you change this setting's value to Y, you should review the values you have set for BLKTZB (on page 1)and CHETZO (on page 1).
